We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sales office. As the key figure in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and effective operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing productivity. You will play a crucial part in managing our team, coordinating inventory, implementing operational strategies, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with order bookers and provide accurate rates to support their work.
  • Manage the procurement team in sourcing parts as requested by the bookers.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall sales performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and promptly resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding store operations, sales, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and sales tracking.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
