Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Interaction: Serve as the primary contact point for students, addressing inquiries, and assisting with course selection, schedules, and academic program guidance.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Aid students through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy in form completion, fee collection, and documentation submission.
  • Academic Guidance: Offer information on educational programs, course prerequisites, and available academic resources within the academy.
  • Student Records Management: Maintain precise student records, including attendance, grades, and academic performance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle student issues, concerns, and conflicts professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Event Organization: Coordinate student-oriented events, workshops, orientations, and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty and administrative departments to ensure a seamless experience for students in academic matters.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance services, courses, and overall student experience.
  • Awareness and Adherence: Inform all students about guidelines (dos and don'ts) and monitor their adherence to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Communication: Engage with trainers if students are not attending class, communicating any relevant updates to students.
  • Student Onboarding: Ensure smooth student entry from the gate and introduce them to various communication platforms like Discord.

  • Experience in student services or related fields is advantageous
