Main Responsibilities
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels and following up on action items.
- Organization: Organize, track, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring deadlines are consistently met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless coordination.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, particularly in legal and contractual matters.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences to promote business success.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to executives, ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined processes.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize productivity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Skills: Strong drafting, reviewing, and document management skills, especially for legal and compliance-related documents.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Abilities: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
