Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to lead a team of professionals, manage orders, maintain deadlines, and collaborate with management for reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning orders, managing team members, maintaining accurate data, and providing effective solutions to problems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Order Management: Manage orders on various portals efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance and daily tasks to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead the team in a results-oriented manner, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate data in portals and Google Sheets, ensuring up-to-date information and seamless communication across teams.
  5. Reporting and Collaboration: Collaborate with management for reporting, skills development, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Skills: Possess expertise in employee performance management, team coordination, and collaboration.
  2. Communication: Develop weekly or monthly reports for each order and staff member, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  3. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to resolve issues and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and provide effective solutions, leveraging analytical and critical thinking skills to drive business growth.
  5. Education and Skills: Hold a BBA/MBA degree and possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding of English writing proficiency and team coordination.
