Site Operations Manager

This role oversees the creation and management of construction projects from start to finish. The Site Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of project execution are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Managing site operations, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders;
  • Coordinating with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure alignment with project objectives;

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction management;
  • Proven experience in project management, including experience with MS Office and particularly MS Excel;
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to generate detailed project reports and presentations.
