Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Central Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering successful Microsoft D365 Business Central projects to small to mid-market businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business consulting services for Business Central projects in areas such as documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, interact with client project teams regarding task status, and represent the company via formal and informal client contact.
  • Configure and customize systems based on customer requirements.
  • Develop and assist with academy-led training, providing content and expertise.
  • Leverage Armanino implementation standards and tools/documents to ensure best practices.
  • Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications.
  • Support end-user and system administrator training in remote formats.
  • Understand and apply configuration/programming and documentation best practices.
  • Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study.
  • Pursue opportunities to identify and recommend process improvements, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in company trainings and obtain necessary certifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of D365 Business Central (BC) or NAV implementation experience.
  • Full life cycle experience with core finance modules and operations modules.
  • Experience working in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm.
  • Experience with multiple add-ons or ISVs.
  • Able to build strong client relationships and coach, mentor, and lead junior team members.
