Job Summary

This Senior Business Central Implementation Expert will be responsible for leading Business Central projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Project leadership: manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful Business Central implementations.
  • Technical expertise: leverage extensive knowledge of Business Central and related technologies to configure and customize systems.
  • Client relationships: foster strong, long-lasting connections with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Training and documentation: design and deliver comprehensive training programs, documenting technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Process improvement: analyze current workflows and suggest innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge sharing: collaborate with colleagues to share expertise, promote knowledge transfer, and drive collective success.
  • Adaptability: remain agile in a rapidly evolving landscape, embracing change and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Central implementation, with a focus on finance and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Business Central, with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing systems.
