Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure maximum system availability and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in system administration and engineering, with expertise in datacenter management, servers, RAID management, databases, networks, Windows, and Linux administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell, H3C servers, and storage solutions, as well as virtualization technologies such as VMware, H3C HCI, Sangfor, OpenStack, and Proxmox.
  • Mid-level experience with Active Directory, DNS, NTP, and familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage servers, storage, and technology tools effectively to ensure high system performance and reliability.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components to meet organizational requirements.
  • Maintain systems according to organizational standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models, while ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure.
  • Document and report on system configurations and maintenance activities.
  • Possess operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux) and manage virtualization infrastructure effectively.
  • Obtain relevant certifications and training in system administration and plan/implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
