Ecommerce Product Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented ecommerce specialist to lead the growth and expansion of our online catalog. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and user-friendliness of our website for customers searching for parts by model, series, or brand.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze product information from price books and manuals to structure data correctly
- Add and update products into the system (up to 1,000+ per brand) with precision
- Create and manage model-specific pages, linking parts accurately to interactive diagrams
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories with attention to detail
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation
- Experience in ecommerce product management, content creation, or catalog maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in working with product databases and online catalogs
- Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is beneficial
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect small differences among thousands of parts
- A fast learner interested in understanding the door hardware industry
- Focused and analytical with a proactive mindset
- Not afraid to ask questions when instructions are unclear
