Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our remote team as Outbound Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate potential leads for financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services via Outbound Calling and Digital Strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Assist in developing a strong online presence for clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional representation of clients.
  5. Record and maintain lead information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  2. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
