We are seeking a highly skilled Property Advisor to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a vital role in helping clients make informed decisions about property buying, selling, or renting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Provide expert consultation to clients on property-related matters, offering guidance on market trends, pricing, and opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the real estate market to stay updated on industry developments and trends.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiations with property owners and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Feedback and Follow-up: Gather feedback from clients and provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships and build trust with clients and collaborators.
  • Proficient in technology and digital marketing tools relevant to the real estate industry.
