The Assistant Commercial Finance Manager will play a crucial part in our team, ensuring that financial information and scenarios are delivered on time and to the required standard. This includes managing the delivery of financial information and scenarios for S&OP meetings, budgeting, and actuals, while driving process improvements and handling accounting policy and procedure inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of financial information and scenarios for S&OP meetings, budget, and actuals in line with service level agreements of customers.
- Simplify and integrate financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting policies and procedures and conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial finance and accounting, preferably in a Major MNC.
- Strong understanding of finance tools and systems, including BI/BPC, SAP, or ERP equivalents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
