District Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to achieve project targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical inputs to implement project activities and achieve project targets.
  • Developing strong liaison with district departments and coordinating with team members and management to meet project objectives/targets with sustainability.
  • Making monthly progress reports and sharing them with project manager and team members.
  • Sharing quarterly reports with district government/advisory committee.
  • Providing guidance in district financial matters, ensuring monthly forecast for project activities and office.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of databases and ability to develop analytical reports.
  • Command over computer skills i.e. Word/ Excel/ Power Point/email communications.
