Job Description

As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project activities and achieving targets. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding teams and fostering strong liaisons with district departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical inputs to ensure project success and develop analytical tracking reports.
  • Coordinate with team members and management to meet project objectives and targets with sustainability.
  • Develop monthly progress reports and share them with the project manager and team members.
  • Plan strengthening of community groups through participatory interactions.
  • Organize training sessions for district level officials to prepare baselines and enhance capacity for district-based planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel as a District Manager, you must possess excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. You should also have a command over computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and email communications.

A strong understanding of education planning at village/union council/district level is essential. Additionally, you should be able to identify HRD requirements, train team members effectively, and manage them well. Developing working relationships with District Govt./Dept. officials is crucial.
