Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools for reporting and optimization.
  • Strong instincts for ad copywriting, landing page conversion, and creative briefing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Prior experience in fintech or financial services and awareness of compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) for exploration and modeling.
  • Contributions to crypto projects or open-source communities.
  • Prior experience building systems for trading, investment analysis, or digital asset platforms.
