Asset Sales Relationship Manager

Foster meaningful connections between customers and financial institutions as a Relationship Officer for Asset Sales.

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for personalized assistance, guidance, and support to clients with unique financial needs and goals.

1. Implement sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives by agreeing on micro-level delivery plans with branch managers/relationship managers.
2. Sell products by establishing customer relationships, achieving targets through genuine sales, and ensuring business profitability through loan sales and customer enhancement.
3. Market company products, create strategies for their promotion, identify business opportunities, evaluate customer profiles using the five Cs of credit, disseminate product terms and conditions, and ensure proactive collections.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably with an MBA.
• 0-1 years' experience in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
