About the Job
  • As a National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, conducting market research and analysis, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, monitoring market trends, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing brand strategies that meet business objectives
  • Conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing social media channels to engage with customers and promote the brand
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
  • Experience in Brand Management and Marketing Strategy
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Well in a Team-Oriented Environment
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or Retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
