Financial Operations Director
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Operations Director to lead our financial management, reporting, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving financial strategy and providing executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit.
- Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger.
- Lead ERP system optimization and financial system implementations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- MBA or advanced degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management and analysis.
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and providing executive-level insights.
