Job Description

An Early Career Trainee - Clinical Education Specialist Magnetic Resonance will be trained over 24 months as a Clinical Education Specialist in MR.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training Delivery: Provide clinical applications training to users of MR equipment in a specific modality area, ensuring safe and effective use of the equipment and optimizing image quality and productivity.
  2. Application Training: Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure that customers are proficient in using the MR equipment, identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.
  3. Customer Relationships: Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, promoting unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and sought benefits.
  4. Key Opinion Leaders: Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory, supporting trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits.
  5. Digital Tools: Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education, documenting trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Clinical Background: A radiographer is required for this position, with experience in medical imaging and a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
  2. Clinical Experience: Clinical work experience in the medical segment is essential for this role, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and adhering to strict safety protocols.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentational skills are necessary for this position, as you will be working closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  4. Clinical Training: The ability to provide clinical training and support is crucial for this role, with a focus on educating customers on the safe and effective use of MR equipment.
  5. Language Proficiency: Advanced level English language proficiency is required for this position, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
