
Senior Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and experience, while working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client channel issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing and presenting skills, be able to positively engage and build rapport with clients, and have a clear understanding of the client needs being serviced. They will also be able to work independently without direct supervision and be able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
This role includes performing all relevant onboarding processes, creating Client Due Diligence (CDD) for new clients, reviewing CDD for existing clients, and performing regulatory onboarding activities. The successful candidate will also drive Global IMO Model implementation, ensure uniform approach towards process adherence, and deliver excellent service against agreed standards. Additionally, they will perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by IMO, engage clients throughout the process, and own and drive execution of processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, be able to look for solutions and find ways to progress despite blockages. You should also have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Experience in account opening, channels activation, and client due diligence is an advantage. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, but additional certifications or qualifications may be beneficial.
