Job Description:

As a Junior Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in designing social media posts, banners, infographics, and ad creatives that effectively communicate our message to the target audience.

You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts that align with our brand identity and style. In addition, you will be expected to learn and apply design principles to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging social media posts, banners, and infographics
  • Support the team in creating presentations, marketing materials, and branding assets
  • Apply design principles to maintain brand identity and consistency
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for daily tasks
  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts
  • Explore AI-powered tools for creative experimentation
  • Stay updated on design trends, styles, and competitor strategies
  • Maintain proper file management and documentation of creative assets
  • Adapt feedback from seniors into design improvements and refinements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Junior Graphics Designer, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
  • Interest in AI tools for design & visual experimentation is a plus
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity and design potential (academic or freelance projects acceptable)
