UX/UI Design Role

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our digital product team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces that elevate the overall digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Identity Management
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines.
    • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing assets.
    • Create creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives.
  • User Experience Design
    • Design seamless user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
    • Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma.
    • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals.
    • Communicate design decisions effectively and receive feedback constructively.
    • Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development.
  • Motion Design & Micro-Interactions
    • Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to enhance the digital experience.
    • Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role.
    • Strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design for web and mobile, logo systems, iconography, and visual brand guidelines.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
    • Ability to translate abstract concepts into polished visual experiences.
    • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Experience working with agile product teams in collaborative design workflows.
    • Strong organization and attention to detail with consistent visual execution.
    • Excellent English communication skills.

A typical day involves reviewing design feedback, collaborating with the product team, refining UI layouts, updating brand assets, presenting new iconography, and testing prototypes.
