Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Building Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients.

You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, directing complaints to relevant departments, and providing technical assistance on products and services. You will also be responsible for building positive relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar position and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person
  • Direct client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Provide technical assistance on products and services
  • Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong customer service background. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should also have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
