Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly digital products and interfaces that balance business goals with user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand target audiences and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Design modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated on design trends, usability principles, and best practices in UI/UX.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or product-based experience is preferred).
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is required.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design is necessary.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards is desired.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setup is required.
  • Prior knowledge of design systems and component libraries is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a bonus.
  • Some experience with motion design and micro-interactions is desirable.
