Job Outline

Edulytic is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing a variety of design projects across branding, digital, print, and multimedia. They will collaborate with team members to deliver compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence.

Job Responsibilities


• Revisit current brand guidelines, identify improvements, and lead the implementation of mutually decided changes.


• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.


• Create visual identities, logos, and brand assets for new initiatives and product lines.


• Ensure brand coherence across internal and external communications.


• Design high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, digital ads, and promotional content.


• Create print collateral for events, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns (e.g., brochures, posters, banners).


• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce visually engaging graphics as per the requirements.


• Design visually appealing graphics for internal communications as needed.


• Support internal teams with design needs for newsletters, announcements, and communication materials.


• Design user-centric interfaces and layouts for websites and landing pages.


• Collaborate with web designers to implement responsive, visually appealing web designs.


• Optimize web assets to enhance user experience and drive conversions.


• Design static and motion graphics for video content, including intros, transitions, and overlays.


• Collaborate with video production teams to develop cohesive visual narratives.


• Create responsive and visually engaging email templates for marketing and internal communications.


• Ensure email designs align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.


• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as mutually agreed with your reporting manager.

Job Qualifications


• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across digital, print, and multimedia.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.


• Experience with WordPress and knowledge of front-end web design best practices.


• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.


• Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.
