Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Specialist to join our organization. This role is responsible for gathering requirements from clients and businesses, documenting experiences with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex documentation and communicate effectively with all staff levels.

  • Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, design documents, UML diagrams, wireframes, interaction design, interface design, prototypes, functional & UI standard documents, test cases, scenarios, user manuals, software patch release notes, training materials, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities include participating in the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements, as well as supporting requirements management and change management processes.

  • Support the assigned project team in refining requirements, working closely with the software development team.

A key aspect of this role is conducting business process reengineering, designing prototypes, and defining technical requirements.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant experience in Healthcare IT and knowledge of US Healthcare systems.
