Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key metrics.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation of business processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring the sales to customer success handoff process and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Conducting customer surveys to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Facilitating planning and development of strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Statistics, or Mathematics from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with business metrics and processes.
