Legal Counsel Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Legal Counsel to provide support to our business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

• Provide legal support to our business units on a variety of issues, working closely with the legal, procurement, and compliance teams.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, and service agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain and organize contracts and legal documents, providing administrative and technical support to the legal team.
• Research and prepare documentation for establishing new legal entities and support ongoing legal entity operations, including statutory filings and license renewals.
• Stay informed about legal changes affecting our business.

• A law degree from a reputable university.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
