Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced operations coordinator to manage multiple IT projects for key international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, human resources, or project management, along with excellent information technology knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling IT projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. This includes tracking actual progress and reporting variances, as well as coordinating project execution to meet client requirements.
Apart from technical skills, the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role. The candidate should be able to understand and resolve client issues and queries efficiently.
Responsibilities- IT Project Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Resource Management: Manage global resources, including engineers and human resources, to ensure sufficient data is available.
- Communication: Establish and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tasks, activities, and required documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Project Management.
- Strong Information Technology knowledge, especially in networking.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to understand and resolve client issues and queries.
