Executive Assistant to Director and GM Marketing\

The role of Executive Assistant to the Director and General Manager Marketing involves providing high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence on behalf of the ED & GM Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Manage the daily diary of the ED & GM Marketing, ensuring that all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.\
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.\
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the ED & GM Marketing.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.\
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.\\
  • Minimum 06-08 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
