**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our law department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Evaluate the impact of legal amendments on our business operations, providing expert advice on compliance and risk management.
  2. Offer guidance on complex legal queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our decision-making process.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and departments through regular meetings and consultations, addressing legal matters and concerns.
  4. Develop comprehensive drafts, briefs, and opinions on various legal issues, backed by thorough research and analysis.
  5. Analyze draft legislation, assessing potential effects on our organization and recommending strategies to protect our interests.
  6. Review and enhance legal documents prepared by junior staff and external counsel, guaranteeing accurate representation of our position and safeguarding our interests.
  7. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within their area of responsibility.
  8. Implement and monitor effective risk response strategies.
  9. Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of risk reporting information.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Legal Advisor or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
