A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account and Finance Manager to join our organization.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full life cycle accounting, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management.

  • Develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead the team in reviewing and optimizing policies, procedures, and information systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the payroll function to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with financial operations, including fraudulent activities.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes and promote team development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Expertise in accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, and banking.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills.
