As a key member of our organization, the HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving business success by developing and executing short and long-term strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational objectives. This senior leadership position will lead a small team, building relationships with executives and becoming a trusted advisor and facilitator of change.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating staff schedules and time off requests, ensuring seamless coverage.
  2. Sending New Employee Onboarding Packages and facilitating smooth transitions.
  3. Promoting employee growth through opportunities such as promotions and training.
  4. Making informed decisions regarding hiring and termination processes.
  5. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies across job boards and social media platforms.
  6. Coordinating Staff Training and Development initiatives.
  7. Overseeing Payroll and Bonus Calculation processes.
  8. Ensuring accurate Clock In/Clock Out records.
The Ideal Candidate Profile

A successful candidate should possess experience in a complex environment with strong analytical skills.

Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.

A sound understanding of technical knowledge and experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner is required, with a proven track record of managing a team in multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing HR initiatives.

Solid negotiation and influencing abilities, coupled with strong project management skills, are necessary for success in this role.

Strong diagnostic skills, followed by good ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional issues, are essential qualities.
