Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by planning, executing, and managing the testing process.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to identify and prioritize testing needs
    • Analyze and report defects, providing detailed documentation and actionable recommendations for resolution
    • Contribute to the development of testing strategies, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of testing procedures, results, and issues

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with expertise in both manual and automated testing
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and version control systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in automation tools, such as Appium or Playwright
