
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to lead our team of customer service representatives in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality service standards, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of CSRs to deliver high-quality customer service to USA and Canada customers.
- Customer Interaction Management: Oversee handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and KPIs tailored to the garment retail industry.
- Escalation Handling: Address escalated customer issues, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Train CSRs to understand and adapt to USA and Canada customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service management or supervisory roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of garment retail, particularly knitted apparel.
The selected candidate will be based in Pakistan, managing a remote team of CSRs, with regular virtual communication with USA/Canada teams. Access to CRM software, communication platforms, and training resources will be provided.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer service management or supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with garment retail, particularly knitted apparel.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Cultural Adaptability: Understanding of USA and Canada customer service expectations.
A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
