About the Role

This pioneering position involves overseeing and guiding development efforts on a project. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success, steering development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, oversee, and plan day-to-day development activities.

  • Collaborate with developers, product, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

  • Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.

  • Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.

  • Drive improvements in process and practices.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.

      • 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).

      • Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems is essential.

      • Basic experience with Python, C++, and Rust is good to have.

      • Proven experience launching successful products.

      • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and good development practices.

      • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

      • Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.

      • Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
