Email Marketing Expert

As a remote email marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results.

  • Develop and execute campaigns in alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.
  • Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  • Design and implement templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  • Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Experience in sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (X years) in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  3. Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  5. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for template customization and troubleshooting.
  6. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to email marketing compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.).
