
Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a remote email marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results.
- Develop and execute campaigns in alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.
- Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
- Design and implement templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
- Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
- Experience in sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for template customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to email marketing compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.).
