Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Create visually stunning email graphics and layouts for promotions and newsletters that captivate audiences.
  • Develop automation workflows (lead nurture, win-back, onboarding, etc.) in GHL to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Segment lists for targeted email campaigns to reach specific demographics and increase conversion rates.
  • Write effective, conversion-focused copy when needed to drive sales and grow the business.
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open/click/conversion rates) to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel - campaign management, automations, and email templates.
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • A keen eye for layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of best practices in email marketing (deliverability, segmentation, CTAs).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
