Product Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to join our fast-paced product studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting thoughtful user experiences and driving product decisions from concept to launch.

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for product design and leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead end-to-end project management, drive deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and project planning will enable you to break down feature requests into actionable features, prioritize tasks, and manage resource allocations effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle
  • Lead project management for software and product development projects
  • Drive project timelines and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product design and project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development agency or tech startup. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Figma and other design toolsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JiraExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills
