We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Technical Program Manager to lead our team of developers. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical teams, developing software solutions, and driving projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 3-5 developers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement software solutions using cloud architecture, Java scripting, server-side Java, and MEAN stack programming (AngularJS, Node.js, MongoDB).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, management, and customers, to provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud architecture, Java scripting, server-side Java, and MEAN stack programming (AngularJS, Node.js, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics concepts, and experience with BI tools such as Highcharts.
