Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for staff across all formal schools. Drawing on research of best practices, you will adapt these strategies to our organization's context.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop/review professional development strategies/roadmaps for different cohorts of individuals based on tenure, performance, position, and rollout of new programs
  • Lead the design/redesign and provide relevant support for the execution of core training programs
  • Design, develop, and lead quality language (English) training materials and resources catering to varying needs of the target population
  • Explore and design various training delivery options applicable to our school network
  • Build capacity of the team to become effective trainers and design thinkers
  • Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation, and evaluation of training programs
