Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of multiple IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with development teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, designers, and other IT professionals; conduct regular team meetings, monitor project progress, and address any bottlenecks.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, issues, and deliverables.
