Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Responsibilities

The Revenue Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of sales opportunities, promotion of cross-selling, and provision of business solutions to customers. This role requires strong sales skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts and convert them into strategic accounts
  • Provide business solutions to customers based on identified needs and ensure technical support is delivered as needed
  • Identify competitor accounts and win them over
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 6-8 years of sales experience with a reputable company, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelors/Master degree in Commerce/Business Management/MCS
  • HP/Cisco Sales certifications will be an added advantage
  • Excellent result orientation, initiative, pleasant personality with drive and business focus
  • Proactive individual with an eye for business opportunities in their territory
