We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for engaging with residential customers who are interested in upgrading or signing up for telecom services and home security packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell telecom and home security packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from residential customers across the U.S. interested in telecom services and home security solutions.
  • Build rapport and establish a consultative relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about the range of telecom and home security services offered by major Internet Service Providers and our company.
  • Recommend tailored solutions that align with customers' requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, customer support, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in inbound sales, preferably in the telecom or home security industry.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to internet, TV, and home security systems.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Outstanding negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
