We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with residential customers who are interested in upgrading or signing up for telecom services and home security packages. Your goal will be to provide expert guidance, match customers' needs with the appropriate services, and deliver exceptional sales experiences that exceed expectations.
JOB TITLE: Inbound Sales Expert/Specialist
JOB TYPE: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME - ON-SITE ONLY This job posting requires daily on-site presence and is not a remote position.
SALARY PACKAGE: Rs. 100,000 Base Salary + KPIs + Sales Commissions + Bounties/Bonus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Upsell and cross-sell telecom and home security packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from residential customers across the U.S. interested in telecom services and home security solutions.
- Build rapport and establish a consultative relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about the range of telecom and home security services offered by major Internet Service Providers and our company.
- Recommend tailored solutions that align with customers' requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, customer support, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training, coaching, and self-development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record in inbound sales, preferably in the telecom or home security industry.
- Basic technical knowledge related to internet, TV, and home security systems.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Outstanding negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
