Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Incharge to oversee the maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining equipment, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring smooth production processes.


Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Management: Oversee the overall maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
  2. Breakdown Monitoring: Monitor daily breakdowns and report to the production manager, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan, monitoring its execution and making adjustments as needed.
  5. Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of spare parts in store, sourcing good suppliers and outsourcing maintenance when necessary.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance-related data, presenting them to management as required.
  7. Machine Downtime Analysis: Analyze machine downtime, taking preventive measures to reduce it on a monthly basis.
  8. Maintenance Standards: Develop machine-wise maintenance standards, ensuring they are followed by the maintenance team.
