Manufacturing Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a vital role in identifying and resolving performance issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of plant performance, and adhering to strict equipment operating parameters.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Execute assigned production activities for concentrate and beverage base manufacturing under supervision.
  • Support production targets and KPIs such as TDQ, PDR, Perfect Order, and Overall Equipment Efficiency.
  • Lead specific tasks assigned by the production manager and coordinate with other operators.
  • Maintain assigned process equipment.

**What You'll Do:

* Receive daily production schedule and batch sheets from supervisors.
* Prepare materials and labels for production batches.
* Verify equipment and process control parameters.
* Operate mixing, filling, sealing, labeling, and material handling activities.
* Handover finished goods and remnants to SC operator and complete documentation.
* Perform cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping per procedures and GMP guidelines.
* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision.
* Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
* Perform QA checks and verify data accuracy.
* Participate in system implementations and adhere to HSE policies.
* Engage in continuous improvement and training activities.

**Requirements: 
* DAE in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably 3.
* Proficiency in English reading and writing, SOPs, and process documentation.
* Computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
* Flexible to work shifts and rotate positions.
* Team player willing to participate in cross-training.
