Cloud Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to drive business growth in cloud technologies.

  • This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the company's market presence and help enterprises adopt cutting-edge cloud solutions.
About the Role

This role involves developing strategic sales account plans, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and driving new business development in key industry verticals including high-tech, retail, healthcare, financial services, and media.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in IT professional services, with a proven ability to engage and close deals with C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated success in selling disruptive cloud technologies to enterprise accounts.
  • Direct experience with large enterprise accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East.
  • A strong track record in achieving individual quotas.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing strategic sales account plans to drive business growth.
  • Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Driving new business development in key industry verticals.
  • Engaging with CxO-level executives to articulate the company's unique value proposition.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales and revenue objectives.
  • Accelerating cloud adoption by positioning the company as a trusted partner for AWS-based solutions.
  • Maintaining long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Collaborating with product and technical teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in IT professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in selling disruptive cloud technologies to enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage and close deals with C-suite executives.
  • Direct experience with large enterprise accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East.
  • A strong track record in achieving individual quotas.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with AWS, or other major cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is beneficial.

Prior experience with agile environments and fast-paced work cultures is highly valued, as well as deep customer network and relationship-building skills.
