Performance Creative Specialist: We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team. As a Performance Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling static and video content that fuels our ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative professional with a strong sense of visual storytelling and performance-driven creativity. In this role, you will work closely with our Creative Strategist and Media Buyer to turn concepts into high-performing visual assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design static ad creatives including banners, carousels, display ads, and thumbnails.
  • Edit short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) for Meta and Google paid campaigns.
  • Create compelling visuals using motion graphics, animated text, and branded overlays.
  • Adapt designs for different ad placements, devices, and formats.
  • Work collaboratively with media buyers and copywriters to iterate on ad angles and messaging.
  • Maintain an organized library of templates, branded assets, and creative files.
  • Analyze performance data to refine and optimize visuals based on results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally for digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of ad design principles for Meta and Google platforms.
  • Experience creating content tailored for performance marketing (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong visual and creative instincts.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
