Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring seamless management of company finances, and compiling accurate Company Statements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Oversight: Lead the management of company finances, encompassing all aspects of accounting, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  2. Statement Preparation: Compile and present accurate Company Statements, showcasing financial performance and progress, and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Daily Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date Daily Books, recording vital transactions and events, and ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  4. Bank Reconciliation: Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies, and investigate any irregularities or anomalies.
  5. Budget Formulation: Develop comprehensive Company Budgets, aligning with organizational goals and objectives, and monitor and report on actual spending against budgets.
  6. Branch Office Management: Supervise and manage Branch Offices' accounts, guaranteeing efficient financial operations, and providing guidance and support to branch staff.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  1. Tax Compliance: Experience handling Sales Tax & Income Tax Returns is highly desirable, and you should have a thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Strong computer knowledge is essential for this role, and you should be proficient in financial software and systems.
  3. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate team leader qualities, inspiring and guiding colleagues towards shared objectives, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Minimum Requirements

An MBA in Accounts or ACCA certification, accompanied by 5 or more years of experience in a related field, is preferred.
